WHICH COUNTRY’S LAWS APPLY TO ANY DISPUTES?

If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation and any non-contractual disputes or claims are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

One of the purpose of the Property Log Book is to provide a facility for estate agents, conveyancers/lawyers, financial advisors and financial institutions to connect directly with services that will help a conusmer in the buying, selling or renting of a residential property.

The website is run on behalf of  our partners and clients such as estate agents, conveyancers/lawyers, financial advisors and financial institutions, local authorities, third sector service providers and other private companies by Etive Technologies Limited.

If you have been provided with a Property Log Book as part of your home buying and selling process or tenancy you are entirely responsible and liable for maintaining your accounts, and ensuring that data is accurate and up-to date. If you have been provided with a Property Log Book but are unable to access it, please contact support@propertylogbook.co.uk.

An estate agents, conveyancers/lawyers, financial advisors and financial institutions, local authorities, RSL or third sector service providers and other private companies cannot accept any liability or responsibility for the accuracy of the information or the suitability of any of the services described on the site for a particular purpose. Our clients and partners reserve the right to refuse access to the web-site, terminate accounts, remove or edit content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. The details you provide should be current and correct.
