First occupants move in at Ogilvie’s Seafar development Cumbernauld

First group of tenants have moved into the Sanctuary Seafar development being built by Ogilvie in Cumbernauld.  This £10.4m development is part of Cumbernauld’s £70m regeneration of the town’s 12 high-rises is gathering momentum. Ninety-six flats are being constructed on the former Seafar House site for the residents of Allanfauld Road’s tower blocks, before the latter are reduced to rubble.  Energy Log Books have been set up against each of the properties enabling the occupants and landlord to better monitor and manage water and energy consumption.
